 Groundhog Day (1993)
IMDB rating: 8.10
Plot: A weather man is reluctantly sent to cover a story about a weather forecasting “rat” (as he calls it). This is his fourth year on the story, and he makes no effort to hide his frustration. On awaking the ‘following’ day he discovers that it’s Groundhog Day again, and again, and again. First he uses this to his advantage, then comes the realisation that he is doomed to spend the rest of eternity in the same place, seeing the same people do the same thing EVERY day.

Does life ever bore you?
I feel sometimes that the things that make other people happy don’t bring me any kind of satisfaction and that the only thing that would really make me happy is extensive travel, to be on one long adventure seeing different cultures. The groundhog day thing is something that drives me crazy. Whereas a lot of other people seem totally content with that. Lack of money will never permit me to do the long term travelling, I have to be happy with short trips once a year. So to the question, how do I cope with my chronic dissatisfaction with the mundane?
spiritually speaking (I don’t get answers in the other sections)
wearied by dullness (definition of boredom). Totally! That is exactly my problem.
Can god heal my boredom??? kidding. sorry.
Is it my parents fault for taking me overseas when I was a baby. Would I have been luckier to have had a sheltered life?
The fake samurai. I love quartering 25’s answer too.
You think YOU’RE Bored?
I retired from "Organised Crime" over a Decade ago, with all of the accompanying privileges: Money, pure drugs, Money, willing women, Money, high adventure, etc. Get the picture?
Now, I spend my days desperately trying to find reasons not to commit Seppuku (Ritual Suicide) out of sheer social impotence and terminal Boredom.
For instance, I LOVE "Quartering25’s" answer!

Jesus can help you with any problems you are having. =)
Jesus is the meaning of life! =D
John 6:35
"And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst."
Jesus is God and the only way into heaven. Please pray a sincere prayer with all of your heart admitting to Jesus you are a sinner. Have full faith that His blood pays off all of your sins and accept His gift of everlasting life. I pray that God blesses you with peace. Amen.

Life is boreing sometimes..travel art and animals are my passions and they help out alot..I dont actually believe this world is how God intended it to be..and one day he is going to change alot and then I think we wont ever have a dull moment..there will be too many wonderful things on the earth..to fill our hearts with joy and content..satisfaction guaranteed!! lol so live in the now but always look forward to the future..cause great things are to come even if they sound like a fairytale story off a bookshelf from the library..

No excuses, you can still work towards what you want. You can still join the Peace Corp for heaven’s sake!!!!
You don’t have an excuse to be bored… there is so much to learn, to do.
When you are not traveling, you can be learning, and then one is never bored.
Learning or volunteering!
